退換貨須知 RETURN POLICY

所有商品均享有7天的鑑賞期，退換貨商品必須保持原樣，請務必確保商品是全新狀態且完整包裝，否則恕不接受退換貨。 

以下商品恕不接受退換貨：

• 到貨超過七天以上的商品，恕不接受退換。
• 貼身衣物（內衣褲、襪子等）一經拆封或使用，除商品本身有瑕疵、損毀情況外，基於衛生保健立場恕不接受退換。
• 欲退換之商品沾有粉妝、髒污，或已經下水洗滌。
• 商品吊牌已剪
• 寄送國外之商品

退換貨退款 接收狀況：

一旦收到您的退換貨退款商品，我們將會進行商品檢驗；並在結束檢驗後將會馬上通知您有關退換貨退款接收狀況。

• 若您的退貨退款被批准，我們將會退回相關款項至您的信用卡。
• 大約7-30個工作天會收到退款，詳細天數則依據不同的信用卡發卡銀行而有所不同。
• 退換貨運費需由客戶負擔。

1. We offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date. Bras, panties, briefs, socks, pantyhose and leg warmers are not eligible for returns.
2. Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
3. At times, heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These items will not be eligible for returns. 
4. All return and exchange shipping are subject to the customer to cover. 
5. We will not be responsible for shipping delays and delays at the customs bureau. Any taxes, duties, fees, etc. upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
