返品・交換について RETURN POLICY
全ての商品には7日間の鑑賞期間がございます。返品・交換される商品は、元の状態を維持している必要があります。商品が新品で完全に梱包されていることを確認してください。そうでない場合、返品・交換はお受けできません。
以下の商品は返品・交換をお受けできません。
- 到着後7日以上経過した商品は、返品・交換をお受けできません。
- 下着（下着、靴下など）は、商品自体に欠陥や損傷がある場合を除き、開封または使用された場合は衛生上の理由から返品・交換をお受けできません。
- 返品・交換を希望する商品にファンデーションや汚れが付着している、または洗濯済みの場合。
- 商品のタグが切られている場合。
- 海外へ発送された商品。
- 返品・返金が承認された場合、該当する金額がお客様のクレジットカードに返金されます。
- 返金は通常7〜30営業日かかりますが、詳細な日数はクレジットカード発行銀行によって異なります。
- 返品・交換にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
- We offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date. Bras, panties, briefs, socks, pantyhose and leg warmers are not eligible for returns.
- Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
- At times, heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These items will not be eligible for returns.
- All return and exchange shipping are subject to the customer to cover.
- We will not be responsible for shipping delays and delays at the customs bureau. Any taxes, duties, fees, etc. upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
