We provide worldwide shipping. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days with tracking numbers. Please contact us for the shipping fee through the E-mail/hnlab.service@gmail.com

RETURN POLICY

All products have a 7-day appreciation period. Returned or exchanged products must be kept in their original condition. Please make sure that the product is brand new and fully packaged, otherwise returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have arrived more than seven days ago.
    • Once unpacked or used, underwear (underwear, socks, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange for reasons of hygiene and health, unless the product itself is defective or damaged.
    • The product to be returned or exchanged is stained with powder, dirt, or has been washed.
    • Product tags have been cut
    • Shipping products overseas

    Return, exchange and refund acceptance status:

    Once we receive your return, exchange, or refund, we will inspect the merchandise and notify you immediately of the status of your return, exchange, or refund after the inspection is complete.

    • If your return is approved for a refund, we will refund the relevant amount to your credit card.
    • It takes approximately 7-30 working days to receive a refund, and the exact number of days varies depending on the credit card issuing bank.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
      1. We offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date. Bras, panties, briefs, socks, pantyhose and leg warmers are not eligible for returns.
      2. Please be careful while trying on items as all items must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
      3. At times, heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These items will not be eligible for returns.
      4. All return and exchange shipping are subject to the customer to cover.
      5. We will not be responsible for shipping delays and delays at the customs bureau. Any taxes, duties, fees, etc. upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
